well, we hung out on friday. Actually, shandra was going to spend some of the night at Rush's and then she was staying at my house. Well, at 5, I got a phone call from shandra asking if i could come and get her. I automatically knew something was wrong, so I hurried over there. I found the two of them outside arguing, she got in the car and he said, "If you leave, it is over." Well, we left.
The rest of the night was a blast. We went to the play, left at intermission, and rode around with Adam. Eleven o'clock came way too fast, but we had to go home. As soon as we got there, we changed into our PJs and started watching "My Big Fat Greek Wedding." Well, all night (including while we we out and at the play) Rush had been calling and text messaging Shandra, but we never answered it. He tried to call her grandma's house and even went as far to make up a message for her grandma that said we were at some huge party getting drunk and "he was worried."
Okay, so at this point we are at my house avoiding Rush's calls. However, he didn't just stop at calling her cell phone. All of a sudden I heard a knock on the door. I just assumed it was my brother and he forgot his key.....OH NO....it was Rush. He was all wide eyed and scary looking, and he asked for shandra. I told him to get the hell of my property but he didn't listen. They went outside on the front porch (while I was standing in the house watching), and they were yelling at each other. He got scarier by the minute and started ripping up pictures of Shandra, while all the time screaming, "You bitch, it is fucking over." Well, he finally left, but about 15 minutes later, there was another knock on my door. I was just going to ignore it, but he wouldn't stop knocking and my parents were in bed. I got up, answered the door and shandra and I, together, tried to shut it again after they yelled for a few minutes. Actually, he threatened her and said he would do horrible things if she didn't call him. At this point, I was so pissed off and just couldn't control myself, but it was only to get worse.
About ten minutes later (we are up to 1 in the morning now), I hear a knock on my door. I think it is Rush again so I throw open the door, only to see Everett Nation (the police) standing on my porch and 4 police cars sitting in front of my car. There were also 2 in the hospital parking lot and they were talking to Rush. All I remember thinking was "OH MY LORD!!! some one called the police!" Everett asked me what was going on and if I had anymore problems to call him back. I agreed.
We heard Shandra's phone ring and knew it was him. She answered and I hear him screaming, "You called the fucking cops on me, bitch." Of course, we didn't and we didn't know who had. I tell her just to hang up and she does. A few minutes go by and we made the mistake of using my home phone to call him back. Well, for the rest of the night, he called my house and would not leave us alone. *KEEP IN MIND THAT MY PARENTS ARE IN BED THE ENTIRE TIME.* he called until 2 in the morning and just to shut him up I let him talk to shandra. By this point, he was in tears and was bawling. They talked for a while, but i told her that he is a dick and she shouldn't go back out with him. We went to bed and slept hard because it had been a hard night.
The next morning, my mom asked me why the phone was ringing all night long and I told her the entire story. Well she got pissed at me for not going and getting them. At one point, I tried, but shandra wanted to deal with it herself. Currently, I am grounded for a week because of Rush's dumb ass! Shandra thinks I am mad at her, but i am not. I am just mad that she could even consider going back out with him after he treated her and me like that. No guy should treat a girl like that. period.
